Cancellations / No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Emergency Rescheduling If an emergency occurs, please contact me as soon as possible and we can reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled. Nail Art & Designs Nail art and complex designs require additional time. If extra time was not booked, I may not be able to complete the design during your appointment. Services Offered I specialize in gel polish and hard gel services only. Acrylic services and spa treatments are not offered. Health & Safety For health and safety reasons, I may refuse service if there are signs of onycholysis, infection, fungus, or other unhealthy nail or skin conditions. Allergies All nail products may cause allergic reactions in rare cases. If you have experienced gel allergies, thermal sensitivity during curing, or chemical reactions, please inform me before booking. Children Policy Services are provided for clients 16 years and older. Clients under 16 may be accepted only with parental consent. My workspace is located in a spa and massage environment, where quiet and relaxation are important. Repeated Rescheduling Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in refusal of future bookings, and deposits will not be refunded.
