I charge a 50%cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you have an emergency, we can reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit or cancellation fee. Do not abuse this option! If you have not booked additional time to complete your design or nail art, unfortunately, I will not be able to do it. I do not work with acrylic and don't do spa treatments. If you have onycholysis (detachment of the nail plate from the nail bed), I may refuse to apply gel polish or hard gel; or refuse the service altogether;if you have visible signs of unhealthy skin on your feet or nails , I may refuse to provide services. All nail products are potential allergens (even those labeled as hypoallergenic). Gels can also cause chemical and thermal burns. This happens rarely, but you need to be aware of it. If you have had any cases of gel allergy, thermal or chemical burns, I recommend that you refrain from the procedure, as I will not be responsible for your health. I work in a spa and massage area where you need peace and quiet, so it's not the best place for kids. I do not do children's manicure. It has a negative effect on unformed nail plates. The optimal age for starting a manicure is 13-14 years old. If you keep rescheduling your appointment the day before the appointment 2/3/4 weeks later and keep doing it again and again, I will add you to the blacklist. The deposit will not be refunded. By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to all the listed rules and guidelines.
